Artificial intelligence (AI) and other cutting-edge technologies are revolutionizing the work experience in the digital era and, as a result, help establish a powerful employer brand.

Automation of the Hiring Process

AI automates many steps in the recruitment process to improve accuracy and efficiency, transforming the process. Large amounts of data can be sorted through algorithms, which can then analyze resumes and skill sets to spot trends that recruiters miss. This technique improves accuracy in selecting qualified candidates for a position and greatly reduces the time spent on initial candidate screening. It streamlines the hiring process and improves efficiency by matching skills to job requirements.   2. Very comprehensive article. I believe when you combine AI with most of the things mainly learning and development employees getting interested as it is somewhat new to Sri Lanka. Gen Zs and Generation alpha is more in to digitalization and work with technology they would prefer learning from AI than attending to traditional training programs.
